1.    L’origine du produit : « Est-il fabriqué au Maroc, oui ou non ? » :

Non. Tous propos n’engagent que ses rédacteurs.

Nous l’avions dit et nous ne cessons de le répéter. Le produit est développé, conçu et fabriqué en Chine.

Nous sommes une entreprise marocaine, créée par des marocains, immatriculée au Registre de Commerce Marocain, gérée par des marocains, et employant des marocains. Cette entreprise, SAPHIR, a créé sa propre marque de smartphone. Cette marque est nommée « SAPHIR SMARTPHONE». Le premier produit s’appellera « SAPHIR ASTERIA ». Ce produit est conçu et fabriqué en Chine.

2.    Il se peut qu’on puisse trouver sur le net une centaine de versions similaires de même modèle :

Ce modèle est fabriqué dans une dizaine d’usines différentes … à qualité, caractéristiques et prix différents.

Alors dans un souci de transparence, nous vous détaillerons notre démarche :

a.  Sur une liste de 43 fabricants de ce modèle, nous avons sélectionné un seul et ce sur des critères que nous avons  préalablement établis (ancienneté, réputation, coûts de fabrication, quantité minimale exigée (MOQ), notation, etc.)

b.   Nous sommes rentrés directement en contact avec ce fabricant

c.    Il nous a fournit un échantillon

d.   Cet échantillon est en cours de test (depuis maintenant un mois).

e.   A l’issue de ce test, nous lui communiquerons une liste de remarques et de modifications à effectuer sur le produit

f.    Le fabricant les prendra en compte pour le lancement de la fabrication finale du produit et de notre packaging.

g.   Un « inspecteur » indépendant assurera le contrôle du lot et s’assurera du respect de notre cahier de charges.
Donc, l’usine fabrique des lots exclusivement pour SAPHIR, avec des exigences bien précises et claires.

Et comme toute marque de produit, la nôtre garantit ses produits un an, avec possibilité de retour au bout d’un mois si le client change d’avis ou s’il n’en est pas satisfait.
